Generational differences

 

Within the recruitment industry, Selective Recruitment is clearly aware of generational differences and thereby we focus on sourcing the right candidate for the appropriate job type through multi-faceted sourcing strategies.

These sourcing strategies draw from understanding the Silent Generation who are loyal, hard-working, detail orientated employees and who possess emotional maturity. Right through to the Gen Z who are capable of processing information quickly, tech oriented and are less likely to be team orientated.

The approach Selective Recruitment takes with each generational group is to assess what appeals to them in terms or their needs want expectations.
